When Selena was between ages 18 to 22, she went through a painful season of relationship failure. She describes how her first significant relationship started as a love story in a romance novel but ended like a nightmare. Although she was devastated and lacked clarity about her future, Selena walked away from the relationship. She believed the best decision was to move forward and continue her life in a different direction. It took years of searching to navigate forward, overcome her fears and trust issues to find love, joy, inner peace, and happy marriage. Selena discovered there is a better way; you can date successfully, on purpose.
Selena earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree(s) in Nursing, served as an Officer in the United States Air Force Nursing Corps, and worked as a Director of Nursing for almost ten years. She was frequently sought out as a mentor and coach to many women in these settings as well.
Along the way, Selena has taken lessons learned during that season of relationship failure and created a transformational experience, “Finally I Said Yes! From Not to Tying the Knot.” This program helps women avoid dating mistakes, overcome fears and trust issues, increase confidence in their effective selection of a mate, and increase their chances of finding a lasting relationship. The program she created transforms women from the inside out. Selena has a passion for helping women change the way they go through the season of dating. She has turned her mess into a message of hope and inspiration!
Selena was blessed to meet and marry her current husband of almost twenty years, Bishop Frank S. Tull, Sr. They have six children and two grandchildren. Selena has served in ministry for over 14 years. She is the Co-Pastor of Kingdom Manna Apostolic/Prophetic Church in Dallas, Texas, with her husband; she leads the Prayer and Women Ministries and is the Founder/President of Selena Tull Ministries. She has used ministry platforms to help hundreds of single women learn from being unmarried, unsatisfied with the dating process to dating, and excited about their future. Selena currently resides in the city of Prosper, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, writing, content creating, and traveling.
